fruit salad serving suggesiton! (lacto)

Just stumbled across a great way to spiff up fruit salads & get a little extra calcium & protein at the same time! Slice up some of your favorite fruits (for breakfast this morning i used papaya & kiwi) & sprinkle in some crumbled gorgonzola cheese & mix together. Gorgonzola is kind of like bleu cheese except milder. It adds a nice tang to the salad & tones down the sweetness of the fruit. The serving suggestion on my container of gorgonzola recommended serve gorgonzola with sliced pears & walnuts on a bed of greens.

you're quite welcome! makes a good breakfast or snack for me if I feel like eating something cleansing but still want to cheat a bit. :-) :-) :-) Not to mention "gorgonzola cheese" makes it sound all gourmet & exotic. *hehehe*
