Does anyone on this list go to chain food stores any more? Instead of adding chicken I took a package of extra firm tofu and cut it into 8 or 9 slabs. I followed the directions exactly as if I had added chicken. I was amazed at how good it tasted! I'm pretty new to this and I didn't know that tofu could taste that good.
