Guest guest
I found this recipe for garlic butter in the meat lover's vegetarian cookbook. :-) sounds yummy, I"m gonna make it later today. megan VEGAN GARLIC BUTTER VEGAN GARLIC BUTTER 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Peel two cups of garlic cloves, place in a small baking dish, and cover with extra virgin olive oil, about 1 cup. 2. Bake 30-40 minutes until golden. 3. Let cool, refrigerate, and then blend in a food processor until emulsified. 4. Refrigerate and it can last several weeks. The garlic butter can be used to replace regular butter at the table, as a spread on toasted bread sprinkled with fresh parsley & (soy) parmesan cheese for garlic bread, or even toss with pasta, fresh black pepper, fresh parsley & (soy) parmesan cheese.
