We make our own soy milk with a soy milk maker, the SoyaJoy, and we have

this wonderful cooked thick porridge like substance that is the cooked,

ground soybeans after the milk is made. It's sort of like warm tofu.

The instruction book said you could add it to soups, breads, etc., and I

was wondering if any one had any specific they used it in and liked a

lot? I tried using it in scrambled eggs in place of soy milk. They were

tasty (but different taste than regular), but it changed the consistency

of the eggs considerably.

TIA,

Kathy
