Thanks Hi there, found these on the web, sorry if you don't use " cups " believe it's 8floz. Good luck!! Vicky Pita Bread 1-1/2 C. milk 2 T. olive oil 3 C. bread flour 1-1/2 t. sugar 3/4 t. salt 1 t. active dry yeast or bread machine yeast Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 10 porions. Shape each portion into a smooth ball. On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll each ball into a 6 " circle. Cover dough and light rise about 30 minutes or until slightly puffed. On a greased baking sheet arrange 2 - 3 dough rounds. Bake in a 450* oven for 5 - 7 minutes ot till bread is puffed and tops are geginning to brown, turning once after 3 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool on a wire rack. Repeat with remaining dough. To serve, cut pita rounds in half and fill with filling or wrap bread around filling. Makes 7 - 10 pita bread rounds. Per serving: 175 claroies, 6 grams protien, 30 grams carbohydrates, 3 grams total fat (1 gram saturated), 2 mg cholestrol, 166 mg sodium, 87 mg potassium Pita Bread 1 package active dry yeast, or equivalent 1 1/4 cup warm water 3 cups flour 2 tsp salt Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in flour and salt. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (about 5 minutes). Divide into six balls and knead each until smooth and elastic. Flatten each to 1/4 " thick and 4-5 inches in diameter. Cover with a damp towel and let rise for 45 minutes. Place upside down on a cookie sheet and bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until light brown. These work well with whole-wheat flour too.
