Guest guest
HI Nicci, I am looking forward to reading your recipes, menues, etc. My husband and I are converting to vegetarian, and eat this way most of the time, altho we slip back into a bit of meat occasionally. I will be off work for three months as of Jan. 11 for wrist surgery (both wrists, but a few weeks apart), so will have time to plan menues and make truly healthy veggie meals. I usually have a smoothy in the morning for my breakfast. I make it at home and drink it at work, lasts me through the day really. I then can eat a light lunch and a light supper. anyway, I am looking foward to reading your posts in the future. Hope you and your family have a happy and healthy 2002.
