hiya!

well i have done tons of omac in past..which includes doing a monthly

menu...then a shopping list ect..will sit dowwn and do a veg one..not

a big deal at all..but if ya ask me sometimes we are almost better

doing a shorter version depending on sales..so i would use as a guide

but if broc is dirt cheap go for(you know?) I also have a recipe for

a dry cream of soup mix that you make tons of combos with an d is way

cheaper than the canned..it uses " **** " broth but that can be

changed to veg...so i will post that if anyone is intrested,

variations as well...i like to do 4 days a week a good old one that i

know everyone will like then try at least 2 new a week...my family is

WAY pickie so 9 times out of 10 they are a no go...as for coops not

sure we even have any in our area..i know the health food stores are

NOT cheap..i just saw the kashis cereal ALL of them for 269 and down!

that was for the new crunch...give me a week or so and i will post

menus ect..my son is sick ear infection and we are back on inhaler

due to a virus...although last night it didnt work and we were close

to going to the hospital...

been spendie liek 136!!!! mostly veg stuff driving mem crazy im

spending more in groceries than i make!!! i will start posting

HI Nicci,

I am looking forward to reading your recipes, menues,

etc.

My husband and I are converting to vegetarian, and eat

this way most of the time, altho we slip back into a

bit of meat occasionally.

I will be off work for three months as of Jan. 11 for

wrist surgery (both wrists, but a few weeks apart), so

will have time to plan menues and make truly healthy

veggie meals.

I usually have a smoothy in the morning for my

breakfast. I make it at home and drink it at work,

lasts me through the day really. I then can eat a

light lunch and a light supper.

anyway, I am looking foward to reading your posts in

the future. Hope you and your family have a happy and

healthy 2002.

Cheers to all,

Leslie " of the North " , in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
