Guest guest Posted December 23, 2001 Report Share Posted December 23, 2001 Tofu Mayo 1 box firm silken tofu 1-1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon white sugar In a blender combine tofu, vinegar, salt, mustard and sugar.
