Introduction plus home-made tomato sauce request

Hello everyone,

 

I have been on this list for quite sometime but never introduced

myself. This is one of my favorite lists since it is a source of

great recipes and information.

 

By the way, I've been living in Northern New Jersey for 8 1/2 years

and find it not vegan friendly at all although much better than my

country of origin. LOL!! I realized that the only way I can embrace a

vegan diet is if I cook my own food all the time. Since I have no

kids and live with my incredible carnivore-cheese lover BF (you

couldn't pay him to eat his veggies), I end up cooking for myself

only. Oh well...

 

Anyway, I'm looking for a recipe of very tasty home-made tomato sauce

(pasta sauce, lasagna sauce) so I can stop consuming the supermarket

ones. yipeeeeeee!!!!
