Guest guest
Hey Feral :0) I agree it's great somebody is " on the right path " but still it's hard for me to believe that she didn't realize she was even possibly insulting somebody who might be further down that path. It wasn't like it was words just slipped out of her mouth, she wrote it down on an email and mailed it. Again, consider the forum she stated her view. I will absolutely state again that I believe her comment was harsh and selfish. Once again, I am happy that we are able to state opinions in this country even ones that may not be popular. But I am not going to take responsibility that the girl blew a gasket cause others let her know (including me) that we don't appreciate her position. Go Bush!! :0) " Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world: indeed, it's the only thing that ever does " -- Margaret Mead I see your point, and yes, she is the one who claimed dietary vegan who likes to wear leather. I see why you were annoyed by her post. I was just saying that I think she does care some for animal suffering, as do I....even though I am lacto-ovo. I guess I just don't bother judging folks as who is more concerned for animals and would rather just encourage and tell everyone who is a vegetarian that they are doing great and keep at it. I feel no matter where they are on the veggie path, at least they are on the right path.
