looking for anyone who has some soul food recipies

I haven't been a vegitarian long and i miss Soul Food trying to

gather ideas and maybe some knowledge how to make some of my favorite

foods without meat. thx

They aren't a very active list, but I bet they have some

recipes in their archives that will interest you.

What specific recipe are you missing and want to

convert to meat-free?

hi jazmine,

there is a vegetarian soul food list on ,

it doesn't seem to be very active though.

what are some of your favorite foods? if you give us

a list of some, i'm sure someone here will be able to

help you vegetarianize an old favorite. p.t. (the

list mom) is good at doing that.
