The Stewarts - soy dilemma

hi,

I've had commercially prepared " ribs " made with vital wheat gluten

and I must say they are quite yummy especially that I can fully sink

my teeth into them. now I got a question, does vital wheat gluten

provide as good quality protein as soy especially those pesky

essential amino acids " the big 8 " lol cause if they did that would

really be great. please let me know thanks. Dave
