Guest guest
I just have to ask: Was there cruelty? Or just crowding? Was the seizure prompted simply by the sheer number of animals in the house, or were the people neglecting them? I ask this because ordinarily in such cases they report dead, decaying animals and so on in houses this full. There is no mention of that here. Yes, I do think that's excessive, but I can't help wondering if they people were doing as well as possible by the animals.
