Many people think it's ok to cook with olive oil-- but heat, such as used in cooking- breaks it down into less than heathy. I cant remember the specifics-- but if used in cooking, olive oil is one of the worst. It [olive oil] sould only be drizzled over food, after cooking. As well as being able to cook with it, it is also wonderful in salad dressings!
