First time i'd used one, i was just having a laugh really. And it was only the 3rd time he'd used one - he did it because he couldn't sleep and was bored! Out of some happy coincidence we found each other and have been together for over 2 years now. Strange that you just posted the address for a veggie online dating service! Maybe its fate! Although i will have to go no mail til we get internet set up at our new flat. hopefully it will only be a matter of days, and not weeks! But rest assured, as soon as i get the net i will be back! It wasn't so much persuasion as him realising that he needs to get fit and healthy and lose that beer gut! LOL! he knows a veggie diet is healthier (although he'll still eat meat when he's out) and also how much it upsets me when the house stinks of meat. I didn't beg, i didn't moan, i didn't whine... i just asked... and to my suprise he said yes! But tofu does have the " right " kind of fat, as opposed to the saturated animal fat found in cheese. I used to be the same. Loved cheese and milk - now i can't stand it. I think my taste buds have changed. Pat wrote: I'm slowly getting there (to veganism) Good on you Pat! Glad you're sticking at it! It does make cooking a whole new experience doesn't it! Guest guest
My bf didn't agree to a meat free place. I let him cook his own meat. The tofu cheese in our store had like 2 grams of fat for slice and 40 calories for each slice. The regular fat free cheese had 0 grams of fat per slice and 30 calories per slice.
