anger when the cravings hit. Become FURIOUS at those evil, conniving

profiteers on human misery who have hooked you on such a sick drug and

have laughed all the way to their hundred million dollar estates.

I agree. When you say that you will " try " , it gives you permission

to fail. When you say that you will " do " it, then you have to

follow through!

Yes! There have been times when I those anger feelings

really helped me direct away from giving in to a bad craving.

Other times it required meditation and relaxation techniques...

even ritual workings.
