PT,

I'm the same way. I won't buy meat anymore and I won't cook it. I live with a

meat eater bf and he cooks for himself. I don't cook for myself. I just eat

enough to live off of but I don't a very healthy diet. I'll eat certain foods.

Normally when I do eat healthy, it's Chinese, Indian, or Thai food. All are

good for my vegitarian diet. I really like this one veggie dish from the Thai

resturant we go to. It has some potatoes and you can get it with tofu if you

want. I like how they let you choose how spicy you want your food. My bf got me

into Thai food.

Not what I would consider really serious, but there have

been a few minor squabbles. Thankfully I am rather stubborn

on this topic and have little trouble sticking to my opinion.

I show him the same measure of tolerance he shows me,

for the most part. I don't force him to eat vegetarian foods,

but do try to prepare a nice variety of interesting dishes.

We usually vote on items and I won't make them again

unless more than two people agree they like that particular

recipe.

Do you let them have it in the house, or

I allow it in our house, but they must cook it and handle it.

I simply cannot as it sickens me.

if i were to live with a significant other, I'd tell him, I'm a vegetarian

and more than happy to cook for both of us, but if you want meat (unless

he's a veggie too), you're more than welcome to go get it yourself and cook

it. :-)
