Serves 6 6 medium tomatoes 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 1/4 teaspoon seasoning pepper pinch of cayenne dash of hot sauce 1/3 cup Russian dressing 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs Serrate the tops of the tomatoes. Remove the tops. Scoop out the pulp and place in a mixing bowl; set aside the scooped-out tomato " cups. " Add remaining ingredients to the tomato pulp and mix together. Add more bread crumbs if the stuffing is too wet. Fill the tomato cups with the stuffing.
