Just wanted to send an apology to the group for my longish sharing on

frustration/annoyance with different weights and measures for " poor " and

" wealthy " regarding health foods etc.etc.

 

I agree that non GMO foods are VERY important, wealthy country or not. If

America can afford it, her people should be afforded it.(If/When they can afford

it *s). I'm sorry if anyone took my sharing in a personal or rude way as if to

" put off " or judge. This was not my goal-intent at all. I, like you, want to

help my health, and my family's by feeding them as pure and healthful food as

possible . I feel the vegetarian diet has much to offer and is the diet of

choice, or even a semi vegetarian, if it can't be done, even for the simple

health benefits alone!

 

I am also aware, there are folks, in the group, of all faiths, ages

,backgrounds. It was, maybe, a bit unfair of me to-in some way suggest 'the

vegetarians " were mostly this snotty group of " whiney spoiled rich kids "

groaning about nations and causes they barely support. I was not trying to

suggest this..Really, I was not, I tried to make it clear in the long sharing,

maybe it was..maybe not. Looking back I wasn't sure, so I write this .

 

We all like " to be liked " . I am reminded of an old MASH episode where Alan

Alda said, in his funny way : " Its nice to be nice to the nice.. " Though I don't

-ever 'set out " to be apart from a group, there are those times when I share

and then, end up having to write another note, l like this..for balance,

clarity, peace..

 

It's ok.I was pretty down this evening. And as I went to our refrigerator I saw

this little package of Pop ups LiteLife veg hot dogs. I started to think about

students, who may not be helped money-wise and other folks, who may want a full

nice vegetarian diet, and they just may not all " always be so well-to-do.. I

mean, I wouldn't be so surprised if even Bill Gates is on some kind of budget.

(He must limit pop dogs to a crate a week, I'd guess..)

 

Anyway, 3x a charm Sorry, if anyone was hurt or miffed by my sharing. I do

that, I'll share and then I kind of have to..round it out..Life is hard for many

and ..economy not so easy on many now ..awhile, as well. Yes, for any of my

pain, or frustration with things we have seen, or not, inequities,

disparity..You can't be blamed for this. Nor can " one group " . Not even those

darned " well-to-do', whoever they are.. So, thank-you again for the chance to

vent/share. I think that was waiting awhile to be shared. I didn't know it would

end up popping out around such nice folks. I only hope you can see my sharing as

a personal, subjective -perhaps wounded -one, though no less true or accurate.

And that you will welcome me to your group with no- preconceptions for my

sharing..Or my faith, etc. As I do not of you.

 

Some may say its my " Pisces Sun, Leo Rising " , I just say it's recent situations

Maybe in some language, that's the same thing *s
