Its soooo hot here in the UK, i'm melting, and i've spent the day travelling

around by car viewing houses to rent. What a horrible way to spend a baking hot

day!

I do like prepacked shredded coleslaw.  Sometimes I'm the only one eating it and

I sure don't want a 5 lb head of cabbage.LOL

That is a great idea for potstickers and eggrolls.

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm usually against pre packaged vegetables, but I've never used cabbage before

so getting the mix was an easy way to get shredded cabbage plus carrots!
