Guest guest Posted August 4, 2003 Report Share Posted August 4, 2003 Blueberry Tapioca 2-1/2 cups large blueberries, can be frozen and thawed 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons tapioca In a 2-quart saucepan combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Bring mixture to a full boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and ladle into 5 (1-cup) individual dessert bowls. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish with whipped cream.
