Guest guest Posted July 21, 2003 Report Share Posted July 21, 2003 Asparagus Guacamole Dip 1 c asparagus (about ½ to ¾ pound) cooked well and pureed in blender ¼ c sour cream (fat free is fine) 2 T lime juice (lemon works too) 2 T salsa (from a jar) 1 T minced onion (optional) 2 cloves garlic, minced dash of Tabasco salt and pepper Cook asparagus, cool and puree.
