Steeping time varies with the tea, the desired brew, and individual taste,

but five minutes is about right.

Hm. Given that Yanks like their tea tepid and weak, I suppose this is all

right, but *shudder*.

Oh, I am enamored with their wiskey shortbread...I only found it

once, and am going nuts looking! Their regular shortbread is ok,

but nowhere near as good!
