This isn't quite a recipe, but something I eat often

on hot summer days. My kids love them too, and I can

feel good about them eating them instead of less

natural iced sweets. Whenever seedless grapes are

on sale at the market, whether they be green or red,

I buy a few bunches. I bring them home and give them

a good wash/rinse in the sink, then place them in a

plastic bag in the freezer. I find that by not drying them

the grapes get a nice icey crust on the outside. Once they

are frozen, just grab a bunch in a coffee mug and nibble

away when the mood strikes you. They are so good and

really cool you down when the weather is hot. :)

I've been doing this for years. They're great.
