Megan (pagan vegetarians listmum) German Potato Salad Ingredients: a.. 1 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters b.. 3 Tbsp vegenaise (vegan mayo) c.. 2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar d.. 1 tsp spicy brown mustard e.. 3 Tbsp cider vinegar f.. green onion g.. fake bacon bits Directions: Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Stir vinegar over potatoes. In another bowl- mix together vegan mayo, brown sugar,and spicy brown mustard. Mix together with potatoes. Garnish with green onion and fake bacon bits.
