This is an easy chilled summer dessert recipe. :)

Creamy Pineapple Pie

1 can 914oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple, undrained

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 prepared graham cracker crust (9 inches)

In a bowl, mix milk, pineapple and lemon juice. Fold in

whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill at least 4 hours

before serving.

Yield: 8 servings

Correction: That should have read 1 can (14oz) sweetened

condensed milk, NOT 1 can 914oz) sweetened condensed

milk. My fingers weren't typing all that well. *lol*
