Old, Old, Old... Whatever are you people talking about?? 48 here,

and still going strong. Nope, I haven't hit that " peak " yet,

either ;-) Going back to college for my MS next fall. Sheesh. I

didn't even have my son until I was 42.

 

Age is all in your mind. Maintain yourself physically, eat well,

never give up your dreams and you will stay young at heart.

I was only joking. LOL I don't feel old at all. I think I'm in pretty good

shape too. I don't think I would want to go back to being 21 again even if I

could. Life was hard back then. I think life gets better as we age.

well, as i get older, at least i feel better for cutting meat out of my

diet. and trying to stick to a vegan diet for the most part, though I

still get the occasional craving for stoeffer's macaroni & cheese.
