Guest guest
A very nice cold broccoli salad for a hot summer day. I came up with this one by adjusting a bunch of ingredients in an old broccoli salad recipe that I didn't like b/c they were sweet. It came out great for my tastes and still has a creamy, yet not overpowering flavor. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! TGIF Broccoli Salad 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup dill pickle relish 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup sliced green onions with tops 2 packages (10oz each) frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained In a bowl, combine sour cream, relish, Dijon, salt and pepper. Add celery and green onions; mix well. Add broccoli and toss gently to coat. Chill until serving.
