I was going to make hot sauce with it but discoved that it called for white wine vinegar and not the normal vinegar that I got....not sure what the difference is, but I'm sure the taste is alot better than this cheap ole bottle of the regular stuff....I've got red wine vinegar...I wonder if that would do. MMM yes Pixx...pickled jalapenos...how bout stuffing the raw jalps and grilling them til they become tender.
