Oh, for crying out loud, would you please stop doing this? I don't think anyone

here finds your insults amusing, and by the way, don't flatter yourself - he

didn't say he was " baffled " . It's not like your amazing intelligence is too

overwhelming or something.

Alison, I mean no disrespect to you, and thanks for your nice words about some

of my posts, but your irony goes further than is necessary; no one who so

glaringly misuses objective pronouns, as this " The Stewarts " does, in the

subjective case ( " and many ARE them. " ) could claim " amazing intelligence " .

That's a third grade grammar error. It is not unlike this person's usage, " What

most don't like is bluntness and truth. " Many of us learned to have our subject

and verb agree in number; " are " would have been used by a person of formidable,

or for that matter, average, intellect, if I may be truthfully blunt.

 

Even so, none of this is relevant on this list. It's time to ignore, filter, or

tolerate posts from this person and move on.
