hi kali,

you are welcome for the recipe. i posted the samosas

recipe last week or the week before...so i assume it's

in the files somewhere. if you can't find it, i'll

post it again...let me know. : )

for the basmati rice, i just followed the cooking

instructions that came with the rice.

i hope you try the saag chole...it was soo good and

really quick and easy to prepare. my hubby ate the

tiny bit of leftovers this morning and said it was

still very good.
