Guest guest
Huh?? That looks like English, but it's unreadable. A healthy diet needs omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9, plus other oils. The problem is that we seldom need them all in the quantites that most diets, even a veggie diet, provides. For those with certain health conditions another set of rules apply regarding oils. Guest guest
here's a site by a pro-atkins doctor. http://www.mercola.com/article/omega3.htm while i don't trust his sales pitch that his fish oil supplements are the only safe ones, his info about omega 3's and 6's seems accurate.
