Guest guest Posted June 19, 2003 Report Share Posted June 19, 2003 here's my method: DON'T cut the squash open first. prick it all over with a fork, and microwave on high for 15-25 minutes, depending on the strength of your microwave. when it is cool enough to handle, cut it open and scoop out the seeds; then scrape out the insides with a fork. hope this helps! http://www.melodysmusic.net Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
