Guest guest
hey michelle, nice to meet you; i used to live in peterborough. i miss the uk! anyways, you can get good omegas from walnuts and flaxseed, to name a few. also, make sure you're getting enough calcium and folic acid-- as others have said, there are some good prenatal supplements out there. i usually tell people NOT to take supplements (except for calcium, as most people don't get enough) as long as they are eating a balanced diet, but just to be sure, it is often a good idea to take one during pregnancy. make sure your supplement provides 100% or less of the required nutrients-- DON'T opt for one of those mega-vitamins. those can actually do more harm than good. there are good pregnancy exercises you can do to help ease labor as well, but you should get permission from your doctor before you start any sort of exercise program. let me know what he says, and i'll see what i can do about describing some of those for you. hope that helps. melody http://www.melodysmusic.net
