Thanks so much for posting all those yummy Greek

dish recipes. The Greek Florentine Pizza made me

wonder if you have ever tried Molly Katzen's

'Enchanted Broccoli Forest' cookbook. In there she

has a great recipe for Greek pizza that she makes

using a filo dough crust. It is so delicious served hot

or eaten cold the next day. Mmmmmm

lol had the book gave it away not to my likeing..and i use filo dough

for just about anything...i wrap up fruit with it and bake ..i use it

as a pita pocket dough as well lol comes from having a greek hubby

and doing WAY to much shopping in the greek store lol hee hee my eyes

are ALWAYS bigger than my belly and i get a TON! hee hee..speaking of

thats where im off to now..getting feta and filo..but of coure ooo ya

cant forget the horta.lol
