Guest guest
Hi Michelle - you'll like this group - lots of great people. I'm Pat, originally from the UK, moved to Canada and now back in Canada, via a few other places, again. My husband and I have been veggies, barring a few lapses, for twenty years, give or take. We currently live in southern Ontario. But darling - being *vegetarian* isn't what causes pregnancy - honestly ;=) Good luck with the coming baby - you'll do just fine if you do what every other mother-to-be does and take supplements. Guest guest
Hi Pat Thanx for your message. I have family who live in Brantford. They moved there years ago & would love to visit them someday. Hehehe I know my becoming preggers is nothing to do with being veggie but it's a bizarre coincedence that it happened within a couple of weeks of me changing my lifestyle. Maybe it's God's way of rewarding me for making a good descision about my life. Who knows? I have found a multivitamin tablet for women that has a vegetarian capsule so I shall be taking that along with my folic acid. The only thing I was concerned about was not getting enough Omega 3, which comes from oily fish. This is essential for baby's normal brain, eye and vision development. Can this be found in any other foods? XxX Mi XxX Sant & Brown <santbrown wrote: Hi Michelle - you'll like this group - lots of great people.
