ok this is mine..i us enatural ovens bread always they have ALOT of

fiber and are very nutrious. light eating day today spent day chasing

a toddler lol not normal..i watch sugars..have to or i get tunnel

vision and can pass out..i have a bag of carrots at all times and a

small amount of candy with me...only sugers i try to eat are

fruits...any carbs are try to have whole wheat or multigrain..

> Breakfast - healthy oven right wheat 2 slice with peanut butter

> Lunch - 2 cups brussel sprouts with olive oil and mango

> Dinner - a small slice of spinach lasagna

16 oz lowfat cottage cheese

1 package ff kraft mozz

1/4 cup parm

2 eggs(whites)

layer with spinach and sometomato sauce

 

will also have a salad with croutons and dressing an dbeen eating

fruit non stop today(not normal)

 

did not get to walk emergancy friend need me to watch herbabby girl

for a job interview and now it is thundering)

 

will have some more sprouts later im sure

as well as salsa and chips...
