Guest guest
Dear Kelly, You're not a cow, you're a person, and a fine one, too. Never think ill of youself because of something as stupid as weight. Your body's like your car, that's all. And beauty changes continually, so don't fix on that, either. True beauty comes from within and has literally nothing to do with body. That said, I'd suggest you check into the New Glycemic Revolution books, which can explain why your body is resisting weight loss, and how to go about eating properly to maintain good weight. It works. I know. And unlike those trend diets or extreme ketosis diets, you don't drop weight at an alarming pace, nor do you slingshot back, and you don't injure your body in the process either.
