Guest guest Posted June 17, 2003 Report Share Posted June 17, 2003 I'm not sure I mentioned this to this group or not but since i've become a vegetarian I've gained weight. Anyone have any idea why? My cal intake is less I have been exercising more (about 30 minu 3x per week lower back and hip pain limits me to that). Any thoughts or suggestions?
