Guest guest Posted June 17, 2003 Report Share Posted June 17, 2003 Cheese Potatoes 3 Tbs margarine 6 large potatoes, thinly sliced 1 tsp pepper 1 cup milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Chopped fresh parsley Melt margarine in a non-stick skillet. Cook potatoes until almost tender and lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over all; cook gently until milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt. Stir and sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings Love is like longing, and energy. It's like magnetism, it's like gravity.
