Hi Heather,

I understand how you feel because I had a very bad pain in my back and legs for

several years. I cant take drugs and I always look for natural medicine and one

year ago I found something that really get my life back. It's malcontents.

Sometime we eat properly but our food dozen't have the nutrients it suppose to

have and our body can't work in the right way.

Gunter Blobel, molecular biologist from Rockefeller University, was the winner

of the 1999 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine for the discovery that

(glyco) proteins have intrinsic signals that govern their transport and

localization in the cell. This is cell-to-cell communication. It's just amazing.

You can check out this web site to know more about it;

By the way, cherry are very good for pain, it has the anthocyans that control

the prostaglandine in our body that cause the pain.

100 gr of cherry has 38 calories and a good quantities of vitamins A and C and

mineral like potassium, as well as melatonin that help to relax and sleep.

I hope this help.

Blessing

This is my big problem. I can't do anything that involves any kind of

impact, climbing stairs is hard on my ankles - the Achilles tendons are

shot and I

have Anklosing Spondylitis, a rare form or spinal arthritis that

affects the

spine, hips, neck, connective tissue and just about everything else.

Sometimes

I can walk slowly about 100 feet up and back. Today for example I

walked

through the cow pasture to check on the cows water level. It is about

50 feet

there and back from my back door. My ankle was so swollen by the time

I got back

that I had to ice it for a couple of hours to get the swelling down and

my

hip was so sore I ended up having to take pain medication. I am at a

real loss

for exercise. The shoulders are no good and I have bad tendonitis in

the

right elbow. That is why I keep such close tabs on my calorie intake.

It has to

be low enough so I don't gain but high enough so I don't go into

starvation

mode. It's more than a pain in the butt I can tell you.
