food plans i actually got around to today lol& product review

it sure is summer sooo many plans then the kids whine thier bored and

out teh window they go lol ..me and mil went shopping

yesterday..sentry has watermelon at 2.99 and jewel has a case of

mangos at 3.99 and some really yummy french bread at .99

 

i actually made the asparagus and the sprouts then later made faki

(lentil soup) i had natural ovens bread as toast abnd peanut butter

on it (this is yesterday) asparagus with some olive oil and lemon

juice and a hunk of bread..then some mango for lunch then supper faki

and sprouts with a hunk of feta and watermelon..

 

today...will make that salad as i wanted to..boiled potatoes zuccini

and raw onions and tomatoes..will make up a good portion for at least

3 meals..

btw i love the boca products i seve the nggets to my kids and never

tell them its veggie...my kids actually now want the veggie burgers

over the regular! some things amaze me!

 

recently i found a product i love! Amy's mediterranean vegetables in

a pocket sanwich( all organic..man are they yummy i actually found

them at the local .99 store! 2 for .99....i now have 40 boxes in mil

freezer and 20 in mine lol as i use i switch more to my

freezer...they taste like a greek veggie dish called briammi..

well im off right now to get the coking done for morning BEFORE the

kids are more awake ..we go to the park later!
