Guest guest
hi sarah-- basically, if you are an olympic athlete, your body will use about .9 - 1gram of protein per pound of lean body mass (meaning your weight minus how many lbs of fat you are-- you have to get your bodyfat tested to find this number). if you are an olympic athlete, you will use anywhere from .4 - .8g, depending on how muscular/active you are (the more active, the higher the number). once again, everyone is different, so different people will fall in different places on that scale. hope this helps. http://www.melodysmusic.net
