Question for Melody re: how much protein

Thanks for the info Melody. How much protein do you think is too much? Just

wondering because I tend to have a protein shake once or twice a day because it

keeps me full and satisfied for longer than a carb snack does. I would

calculate those shakes to add about 50 grams to the rest of the protein I

consume through solid foods.
