you could also try " better than milk " brand soy milk powder. you can

control the consistancy since you decide how much water to add.

That's a great idea. I have never seen that brand before,

but I will certainly look for it. Would be nice to have some

of that powder stored in my pantry for the times when

I am cooking and run out of soy milk. Thanks!
