Made this for dinner tonight, and thought I'd share....

Veggie Pizza

Crust: 3 cups of wholewheat pastry flour, 1 tb.baking powder, and a 12 oz.Beer,

mix together, will be sticky but you can add flour to your hands to make it

manageable.

Sauce: 6oz can of tomato paste, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 organic ketchup, italian

spices to taste and garlic powder to taste (can use fresh gralic, but I was out)

Made the crust, spread it out on a 14 inch pan (round), could use a cookie sheet

if you prefer, topped it off with the sauce (have enough left over to freeze for

another pizza) then I topped it with three different kind of peppers, green,

yellow, and red, slivered onions, fresh spinach, broccoli, and half with low-fat

cheese and half with no cheese (hubby's half was with cheese), 400 degrees in

the oven until crust is browned and cheese is melted...was YUMMY!

Yum! Sounds wonderful, Nancy. I am going to have to

try this crust recipe for pizza. Thanks for the beer idea. :)
