Oh be still my heart. Those sound wonderful and I must try t hem. You can

use any chocolate for dipping. Even melted chocolate bars. I have dipped

bananas in many kinds and it all seems to work.

You know, one of my memories of childhood is the adults " stuffing " celery with

pb. Just as good as cream cheese.

Oh yes, gooood stuff! I like that the moisture in the celery balances out

the richness of the pb.

 

Hint: If you don't like some of the tough fibers from celery, take a veggie

peeler and run it on the outside of the celery rib. It will take off some

of the tougher fibers. (better than puhtooing out the unchewables)

 

MMMMM the crunch of the celery is a good balance as well.
