Guest guest
Here's another recipe I found for raw crackers. Interesting. I need to get me a dehydrator so I can make some of this stuff!! Raw Crackers Soak overnight about 2 cups flaxseed along with 4-5 cups sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seed (total of 6-7 cups for a 4-level round-design dehydrator). Drain and add 3-6 shredded carrots and a shredded onion. Also add some pureed ginger and garlic. Then about one-half pound of mellow miso. Also a quarter cup of honey. Finally a tablespoon or two each of turmeric, curry, and chile powder. Stir well with a big spoon and spread on teflon sheets (maybe one-eighth to one-quarter inch thick). Dry at 105 degrees for about two days. You can flip over cracker after first day and peel off teflon sheet to speed drying process. (scrape remnants off sheet and spread back onto cracker..placing dried face down). Calendar - Free online calendar with sync to Outlook. http://calendar.
