new vegan in the group!

Hi everyone. I just joined (thanks to whoever invited me) and so I

thought I would share one of my favorite snacks/meals with you all

(that way everyone will want to be my friend! ... lol im kidding)

 

OK here it is.

 

make a basic miso soup. (miso package will tell you how .. its EASY!)

add these ingredients to the soup!

(these ingredients are for PER PERSON measurements!)

 

1 tsp dried seaweed

3 " square chopped into blocks of tofu ( i prefer silken )

some Daikon radish (at Asian stores)

a little Bok CHoy!

 

anything else you like can go in, but i find this is a very healthy

and tasty (and quick) meal.

Alot of you probobly alredy eat this, but maybe someone out there

will appreciate the recipie i hope.

Welcome to the group! Thanks for sharing one of your favorite recipes with

us. We have many other recipes both vegan and vegetarian if you are

interested. The collection is pretty big and have been nicely organized by

the group owner PT. Do you mind if I add yours to the collection? If you
