We've used the bulk TVP from Wild Oats. My wife used a Linda McCartney

recipe for meatloaf and it turned out delicious. It is indeed all in the

spicing and how the TVP is handled in cooking. Turned out we needed a bit

more binding but now we know, and will use it again.

 

Cheap and tasty.
