This is moot, the van's wrecked.

However, your choice of pet is your call. I was speaking only of my own

preferences, having had house cats, and having seen how they shred things

and mark territory, etc.

I was tod to wear them to protect my diabetic feet, but in truth I wear

low-to-no leather sneakers as often and would switch to no leather if it

were feasible to find shoes that work for me.

I explained the flax situation, so choose to use fish oil for heatth, i

full knowledge that fish are killed to give it to me. Soon this will

become moot, too, as the oceans are down to about 10% of the fish they had

only 5 - 10 years ago. We've fished them out. Soon they'll be dead and

the Republicans will be free to concentrate on those pesky rain forests

again.

I love eggs, and they are not part of the meat industry, and they don't

kill chickens to make eggs, and we buy humane, free range chicken eggs.

I avoid dairy these days, with the possible exception of some cheese at

times on take-out foods.

Not at all.

You're being to hard on yourself in an attempt to squash me. *kiss*

Oh, they deceive and lie all the time, yes.

I do, too, but it's too often mistaken for arrogant, which means speaking

in high terms without the knowledge to back it up.

What??? *sigh* I hope you are kidding.

Oh yes, I had a bad-boy kitty once who liked to " spritzel "

things; got him a new home pronto! *lol*

My point on eggs was that they often kill the chickens

that don't produce eggs anymore for meat. Perhaps not all

do and some farms have a chicken retirement hut. I know eggs

aren't meat, but I wonder sometimes if my eating eggs doesn't

in a very round-about way cause some chickens to die?

It was a stretch, but I ponder these things. :)

I am non-violent. *lol* I have been known to pack a mean

zen-whack though. ;)

Those people need to look it up then in a good dictionary.
